We’re settling into October and feeling the fall over here, so it’s already time to start thinking ahead about what you’re going to do with all of your amazing Thanksgiving leftovers. Leftover turkey is one of my favorite things to play around with in the kitchen; when you get sick of just having turkey or turkey sandwiches, it makes a solid base for so many other amazing new recipes. This simple turkey chili recipe can easily be made in 40 minutes, using all ALDI ingredients. I used homemade turkey broth in mine, but you can substitute chicken broth (and can even substitute leftover chicken to make yourself a batch of easy white chicken chili, if you don’t have any turkey on hand.)
