Apple Cider Donuts, Apple Butter, CAVE CHEESE, and more ALDI Finds this week

So here’s the thing: It may be pumpkin spice season at ALDI (and everywhere else), but you all can keep all of that for yourselves and just give me a box of these ALDI apple cider donuts. So dangerous that I had to leave them right on the shelf where I found them… although, to be fair, the season is still young.
Here are a few more of my favorite ALDI Finds and sale items from the new week’s ad starting either 9/29/19 or 10/2/19 (although, even in Sunday markets, many of the new non-food Finds don’t release until Wednesday).
Pumpkin everything
Riddle me this: Where can you find cheap Halloween pumpkins? If you guessed ALDI, well, OK, that one was probably pretty obvious. How about: Where can you find cheap canned pumpkin? Where can you find pumpkin spice… oh… EVERYTHING?
There’s really so much pumpkin and pumpkin spice going on at ALDI right now that I had to make you a whole separate post about it. 😉
ALDI Food Finds this week
Beyond pumpkin spice, ALDI’s celebrating autumn in a big way this week with plenty more fall food Finds. In addition to apple cider donuts (yes, these are worthy of being mentioned twice), my store also has honeycrisp apples on sale this week. More apples of this week’s eye? Nature’s Nectar sparkling fresh cider 4 packs, $3.99, or Nature’s Nectar refrigerated apple cider, $2.49. Village Bakery 10″ apple pies are $4.99, and Bake Shop apple cider cookies are $2.99. And of course, don’t miss this Berryhill apple butter, at $2.49.
More non-apple fall foods include Clancy’s cinnamon brown sugar sweet potato chips ($2.19), Utz Halloween cheese balls ($5.29), Choceur pumpkin chocolates ($2.99), Tuscan Garden fall vinaigrettes ($1.49 each), Clancy’s roasted sweet corn popcorn ($1.99), and Lunch Buddies Halloween fruit flavored snacks ($4.29).
And who can pass up this Happy Farms Preferred Transylvanian Romanian Cave Cheese? I actually bought and wrote about this cheese when it rolled through stores a couple of years ago, if you’re wondering about cave cheese. Elsewhere on the cheese front, I also spotted 12 oz Happy Farms pimento or zesty jalapeño cheese spread for $2.99.
If you’ve been curious about these Beyond Meat plant-based burgers, you’ll find 8 oz packs for $4.49 this week. (Note that these were in the refrigerated section near the cheese at my store, not in the meat section.) In that same section, they have Sabra avocado toast — which is this snack pack looking thing of avocado spread along with crispy whole grain toast. At $2.48, this is a little too high for me, but it’s interesting. Also interesting? SimplyNature roasted seaweed snacks at $1.19 each, and 32 oz Earthly Grains arborio rice at $4.99.
ALDI non-Food Finds this week
I really like these Easy Home vintage style lamps at ALDI, but alas, have absolutely no use for one. Table lamps are $19.99; floor lamps are $29.99 this week. More on the home front: Huntington Home embossed microfiber sheet sets are $14.99 and never flat bed pillows $6.99. SOHL rectangular storage ottomans (ottoma?) will run you $24.99. And Serra Ladies long sleeve sleep shirts are $12.99; slipper socks are $3.99 a pair. (I have the slipper socks from last year — they’re super cozy, but available in cuter patterns this time around!)
Then on the fall + Halloween decor + fun front, don’t miss the fall scented Huntington Home 3 wick candles for $3.99 each — in scents like “Cold Weather” and “Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream.” Plus all the Halloween decorations you could want, including:
- Huntington Home Halloween theme projector, $12.99
- Huntington Home Halloween LED battery-operated or LED string lights, $2.99
- Huntington Home Halloween inflatables, $12.99
- Huntington Home flameless Halloween candle lanterns, $6.99
- Benton’s chocolate haunted house cookie kit, $7.89
Oh, and don’t miss the Day of the Dead succulents! (Price may vary by store on this one.)
