ALDI Finds: Only if you’re there restocking food this week

It’s an odd week to be talking about new ALDI Finds, but reports from around the country are that stores are still stocking some of the new special buys. These plans and orders are made weeks in advance, so if you do have to go out to restock your food supplies, here are just a very few new things you might find.
If you don’t need to go out, though, please do not head to the store just for Finds. Stay safe out there, everyone!
Let’s start with signs of spring, because we could all use that right now. Some ALDI locations may be stocking a 6″ vegetable or herb plant assortment this week (see price in store). It’s still early to plant here in Chicago, but I’ll treat you above to a photo of one of my ALDI tomato plants from last year. (If you find the Juliet tomatoes, they produced great!)
ALDI Food Finds this week
My local ALDI actually had two pound bags of shredded cheese out for sale already when I went out to fill my fridge on Friday, and they’re great for stocking up on when you might not want to go back out and shop for a while. Price can vary by store, but I believe this ran around $6.49 at mine.
Other food Finds you may wish to stock up on this week include:
- Season’s Choice steamable winter blend or cauliflower, $.99
- Season’s Choice crispy potato circles, $1.99
- Chef’s Cupboard 100% whole wheat or Italian panko breadcrumbs, $1.59
And then, you can add a couple treats for yourself or the kids…
My store also had Specially selected Macarons out already on Friday, $4.99 each in the freezer section. As you walk through those frozen foods, look for Belmont chocolate or carrot cake ($7.49), or Belmont creme pies ($4.99). And, while you’re over restocking your bread, you might find Bake Shop Dutch apple or cherry pies in the bakery section ($3.89 apiece).
ALDI non-Food Finds this week
These will likely be more limited, and again: Just see if you spot them when you’re already venturing out for necessary food items.
So, as I’m looking at the above photo, I clearly need to add “clean cat mat and bowls” to my list of things to do this week. 🙂 But, since I’m not lingering in the store to take photos right now, you get treated to a new round of pictures of ALDI Finds from Rachel’s house. I’ve had my Heart to Tail pet bowl mat ($2.99) and bowls ($4.99 each) for a while now — and any failure in tidiness is all on me, not ALDI.
The ad also features spring print Boulder paper towel rolls at $.99 each, Boulder 8 giant roll paper towels at $6.99 each, and Willow 18 mega roll tissue at $13.99 each. Hopefully, stores will be getting these in!
Get organized with various Finds, from an Easy Home two-tier mesh organizer with dividers for $9.99, to Easy Home woven organizers at $8.99, to an Easy Home three tier hanging dryer or divided laundry bag for $6.99.
Lastly, look for Easter Finds for the kids — or snag some early to help keep them occupied while they’re home, like 8 oz Kinetic sand boxes at $3.79, Mega Bloks animal bucket or Lil vehicle ($7.99), or Bendon magic ink or mess free games coloring pad ($3.99). You may also find children’s Lily & Dan memory foam canvas shoes at $6.99 a pair, for outdoor play in the spring.
